UPS Foundation has awarded $150,000 to support Wellstar’s CareerCare program, helping expand access to healthcare careers across Greater Atlanta. The partnership will support the recruitment and training of up to 50 participants, expand awareness and outreach across Greater Atlanta in collaboration with WXIA and strengthen Wellstar’s pipeline for critical healthcare roles. 

CareerCare provides education, training, benefits and career navigation support that lead directly to employment opportunities. By helping individuals overcome barriers to entry, the program creates pathways to stable, living-wage careers while addressing workforce needs across Georgia.
