Since 2019 the Wellstar Center for Health Equity (WCHE) has been a driving force in advancing community health through strategic partnerships, place-based investments, and culturally responsive programs. WCHE works to eliminate health disparities by focusing on high-risk zip codes, expanding access to care and social care resources- working to eliminate health disparities so all people can thrive.

This five-year milestone celebrates the lives touched, the partnerships forged, and the vision that continues to guide our work: ensuring every person has the opportunity to live their healthiest life —regardless of zip code, income, or background.
