Donations to the Regina Medeiros Fund will support the Trauma and Burn Nursing Award as well as help to fund trauma or burn focused projects.

  • Trauma and Burn Nursing Award – Recognizing Wellstar clinical team members who exemplify excellence through curiosity, commitment, advocacy, innovation, and collaboration.
    • If you would like to nominate a team member for the Trauma and Burn Nursing Award, you can download the application here. This award will be presented annually at the annual Wellstar Trauma Symposium.
  • Funding Request for Trauma or Burn Projects – Wellstar team members can submit requests to support Wellstar trauma- or burn-focused projects, including equipment, research programs or academic advancement opportunities.
    • If you would like to submit a funding request for consideration, you can download the application here. Funding requests will be reviewed each quarter.
